Napa Valley is a place that is known for its excellence. From the wine to the food to the landscape to the hospitality, Napa offers the best experience to its visitor. We, as the Inn on Randolph, are so excited and proud to be a part of that experience, and we hope that from the minute a guest walks through our doors the taste of excellence is welcomed and received. Most of the guests that we host here at the Inn are here to relax and unwind, and we are happy to assist them in doing so. However, we are also happy to help with other areas of life as well such as weddings, rehearsals, catered events, and corporate meetings or retreats. With our team behind these events, you are guaranteed to have a wonderful and hospitable event.
We offer several different unique spaces for events here at the Inn. Our outdoor space features the most beautiful deck and patio area that can accommodate anything from a cocktail hour to a reception dinner. The patio is surrounded by luscious redwood and fig trees, and we can arrange the furniture the best suite your needs. Imagine having your closest family and friends eating dinner at a long table on our patio, all seated underneath the stars celebrating you and your spouse. These moments are milestones, and we are so thrilled to be a part of them.
We also have a quaint gazebo in the corner of our garden that is the perfect place to host an elopement or a small vow renewal. Invite your family and friends, and the Inn can be your own personal home away from home that will guarantee wonderful memories. Our Innkeepers are ordained to officiate, and we would be thrilled to be a part of your special day!
Not only do we host weddings, rehearsals, and more intimate events, we also have the perfect space for hosting corporate meetings, events, and retreats. Combine work with play in the perfect place to do so: Napa Valley. We are minutes from Downtown Napa if you need a break, and there are so many wineries to choose from if you want to participate in some team building wine tasting! Also here at the Inn, our Cabernet room is the perfect location to host meetings, team-building events, wine tastings, or corporate board retreats. When it’s time for a recess, relax in one of the multiple comfortable outdoor seating areas.
The Cabernet room comes equipped with a well-stocked mini fridge, complimentary WiFi, 55” HDTV with laptop connection capabilities, Apple TV with complimentary Netflix, and a private ADA-compliant bathroom. A seated dinner can be set for up to 15 people in the Cabernet room, or 20 people in the main dining room. Not only is our Inn the perfect place to hosting small events and meetings, but our kitchen is what truly makes these events magical. Our Chef has prepared a wonderful menu that you can choose from when hosting events that includes items such as Tournedos of beef tenderloin with Cabernet butter that are served with fingerling potatoes and freshest market vegetables, Caviar on Blinis with creme fraiche, and Seared Ahi on Sesame Crackers with plum sauce and wasabi cream just to name a few.
